One of the most pressing problems in the Philippines is the housing backlog. Due to the county’s increasing population, the demand for low-income households tend to increase. In 2012, the country’s housing backlog stood at 3.9 million housing units (1.96 million units in the economic sector, 663,282 units in the socialized sector, and 462,160 units in the low-cost sector. In 2030, it is estimated that the country will need 10.1 million units to meet the needs of the population (Villegas, 2017).

Sa Bria, Lulusog ang Pamilya aims to promote and emphasize the importance of investing in health for this will create a better generation. Teaching kids the importance of eating healthy will help them live longer and stay strong.
PLANTAHANAN fostered the engagement of its communities with the environment. Bria Communities from all over Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao participated in the said activity.
The brand wanted to create a landmark that can represent their communities. And I was given the task to flesh out ideas for this.

The Giant Bria Bench is a unique and artistic addition to the already scenic view of Bria Homes’ communities. Aside from the aesthetics it adds to the environment, this gigantic bench also represents Bria’s gigantic plans for each of its development. Like this bench, Bria Homes will grow into a big thriving community – a place wherein FILIPINOS FROM DIFFERENT WALKS OF LIFE will be welcomed and live comfortably.
Through BRIAGADA ESKWELA, Bria hopes to reinforce the importance of a good working environment (schools) towards the education of children and young adults alike. Providing children with the best working environment can help improve their attitude towards learning and can help improve their academic performance.

For Mother's Day, the brand requested for a mascot that will accompany their original one, Bria Besh. I fleshed out the story for this new mascot.
